In 2014, Streamline Water –a bottleless water cooler supplier – wanted a tool to help begin conversations with potential clients. The goal was to educate and inform people about their products before their sales team attempted to sell. They also had a specific metric for success: they wanted to increase contacts with decision-makers by 25 percent.
Killer Infographic’s solution was to develop a concise and sharp animated video that focuses on a few key messaging points, including the fact that bottleless coolers are safer, more sanitary, and result in lower monthly bills than traditional coolers. Adding to the appeal is playful artwork, engaging animation, and a light, conversational narration. By loading the motion graphic onto Uvideo players, all the hard work is done before Streamline Water’s sales reps ever set foot in a potential client’s office. According to Killer Infographics, the resulting video helped Streamline exceed its initial contact and sales goals, with a 90% increase in leads and a 50% increase in sales.
Stories like these illustrate the power of visual storytelling to connect with audiences. According to Killer Infographics co-founder Amy Balliett, “Graphics can tell rich stories all by themselves. They can explain complex ideas when words alone fall short. They can affect change.”
